This kind of paid major updates concerns new developments, added features that improve/change functionality of the program. Please note that minor program updates are still available for free of charge.
How to distinguish a paid major update from a free minor update? A major program update has a unique first number in the program version numbers assigned, e.g. SoundTaxi 3.4.8 differs from SoundTaxi 4.4.8, because the latter program version is a major update. A minor update version can be recognized by two numbers that follow the first number in the version name, e.g. SoundTaxi 4.4.8 and SoundTaxi 4.4.9 are minor updates, which are available for free to all customers.
15. How to enable 3D mode in my 3D Video Player?
To start watching your video file in 3D mode simply click on the "3D" button in the bottom right of the program's interface. The "3D" button lights up and thus 3D mode is activated, your video file is playing back in red-blue anaglyph 3D format. Although Anaglyph Red Cyan 3D format is set as default you can choose Side by Side 3D mode in the drop-down menu of 3D techniques in the bottom of the interface. To experience 3D effect in your converted anaglyph red cyan 3D video you need a pair of red cyan 3D glasses, and if you have chosen to view your video in Side by Side 3D mode you need to put NVIDIA 3D glasses on, which support Side by Side 3D technique. You're now ready to see the magic of 3D video!
16. I've started the playback of my video in 3D Video Player, but don't see any 3D effect. Why?
Please check if you have switched on 3D mode in your 3D Video Player (the "3D" button in the right bottom should be lighted, if not - click on it to enable 3D mode).
Also don't forget to put your anaglyph red-cyan 3D glasses (for Anaglyph, Anaglyph True, Anaglyph Grey modes) or NVIDIA 3D glasses supporting Side by Side 3D (for Side by Side, Side by Side (Half-Width) modes) on! They serve as filters for your eyes to see 3D effect of the converted anaglyph red-blue video.
17. What kind of 3D glasses do I need to watch videos in 3D Video Player?
To see 3D effect of the videos converted while playing back in 3D Video Player you need to put: anaglyph red-cyan 3D glasses if you have chosen either "Anaglyph", "Anaglyph True" or "Anaglyph Grey" mode; NVIDIA 3D glasses that support Side by Side 3D technique if you have chosen "Side by Side" and "Side by Side (Half-Width)" mode.
You can make Anaglyph Red Cyan 3D glasses yourself or buy them cheaply . Other types of 3D glasses except the mentioned above won't support the video converted by means of 3D Video Player and 3D Video Converter, because other 3D technologies are used in them.
18. Which 3D glasses do I need to watch videos converted by means of 3D Video Converter?
You need a pair of anaglyph red-cyan 3D glasses if you have chosen to convert your video ether in "Anaglyph", "Anaglyph True" or "Anaglyph Grey" mode and a pair of NVIDIA 3D glasses that support Side by Side 3D technique if you have chosen to convert your video to "Side by Side" or "Side by Side (Half-Width)" 3D format. Otherwise you won't be able to see 3D effect of the videos converted by 3D Video Converter.
